Hovering weapons enchanted by spell casters to defend an object or area.

▶ Immunity: Unaffected by sleep spells.
▶ Master: Groups of 7+ are led by a master animated weapon with 2 HD. The master is a magic weapon +1.
ENCHANTED CHAIN
20’ length of chain enchanted to restrain intruders.

▶ Immunity: Unaffected by sleep spells.
▶ Entangle: On a successful hit, are fully restrained: unable to move, cast spells, or free themselves in any way.
▶ Freeing victims: Only by magic (e.g. dispel magic) or killing the chain.
ENCHANTED ROPE
20’ length of rope enchanted to strangle intruders.
AC 4 [15], HD 2+1* (10hp), Att 1 × strangle, THAC0 17 [+2], MV 150’ (50’), SV D12 W13 P14 B15 S16 (2), ML 12, AL Chaotic, XP 35, NA 1d2 (0), TT None
▶ Immunity: Unaffected by sleep spells.
▶ Strangle: On a successful hit, the rope wraps around the victim and begins to squeeze, inflicting 1d6 automatic damage immediately and on each subsequent round. Victims cannot cast spells and are unable to free themselves in any way.
▶ Freeing victims: Only by magic (e.g. dispel magic) or killing the rope.
